Our vinyl banners have fully heat welded hems and come complete with Rust Proof aluminum grommets for continuous outdoor use.  Beware of other companies using steel grommets. Because of the high humidity in the Riviera Maya, these grommets will rust. Caribe Graphics only uses aluminum grommets to assure a rust free banner installation.

You should be very careful when selecting your banner printer. Many companies in Cancun and Playa del Carmen use water based inks that do not last in outdoor applications. Caribe Graphics uses only full solvent inks to assure your banners will have maximum outdoor life expectancy.

For very large banners, such as those you see on the sides of buildings, Caribe Graphics recommends mesh material.  The mesh banner material is made from a tightly woven mesh, which is tight enough to have your graphics printed, but still has small holes which can allow for some wind to pass though. Our wind mesh banner material is air permeable so it offers better results in high wind situations.

For normal banner installations our vinyl banner material is used when long term outdoor durability is the primary concern. This banner material is a flexible PVC material with a highly tear-resistant polyester fabric embedded between two white layers of vinyl.  Vinyl sign banner material is excellent for outdoors and indoors.
